Cancellation fees and Return policy

We stand behind our listings. But in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with an item, you can return your purchase for a refund or a credit. We ask that you contact us first and within 24 business hours, to initiate a return procedure and to receive the correct address for the return. The correct address will be the originating point of sale. Please, keep in mind that some of our items are shipped from our Paris store. Thank you.

- Due to the often fragile nature of our Antiques, many pieces in our store have been gently used.  We make every effort to provide descriptions that are as accurate as possible. At no time would we ever knowingly misrepresent our fine jewelry pieces.  But, of course, returns are accepted if the description was not adequate, or if there was an error in the quoted price, etc. (N.B.: Please, note that diamonds or other gems are measured and graded while mounted and as mounting allows, meaning that all weights and grades are necessarily approximate.)

- Returns are not accepted for items altered, discounted, placed on lay-a-way or if you just changed your mind.
- Returned items must be shipped back within 3 days to the address we will provide. The 3-day return window begins when we authorize your return request
- They must be returned insured, in the same packaging and you must provide a tracking number. We inspect the piece of jewelry upon receipt to ensure that it is in its original condition. Shipping charges can be refunded under exceptional conditions.
-We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee on all items returned. This fee can be waived under certain conditions. Please, contact us with your questions.
